Norflex tablets contain orphenadrine 100mg, an analgesic muscle relaxant used to treat muscle spasm and pain.
Norflex tablets are indicated in conditions where there is muscle spasm such as that found in back or neck pain, nerve pain or compression, persistent hiccoughs, and severe headaches.
Orphenadrine acts directly on the central nervous system to block nerve impulses that are causing muscular spasms, to help relieve the uncomfortable pain found in sprains, strains, or other muscular injury.
The usual dosage of Norflex is one tablet taken in the morning and another taken in the evening. Alcohol should be avoided while you are taking Norflex tablets.
